    職位描述：崗位職責(zé)：1.認(rèn)真執(zhí)行公司和部門(mén)傳達(dá)的銷(xiāo)售政策，完成指定區(qū)域內(nèi)既定銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)；2.根據(jù)銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)和各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)，年初制訂區(qū)域的年度銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃，并負(fù)責(zé)分解計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行；3.負(fù)責(zé)客戶關(guān)系的建立與貫徹執(zhí)行，負(fù)責(zé)指定區(qū)域內(nèi)的老客戶跟蹤聯(lián)系，解決客戶需求，處理客戶報(bào)價(jià)，訂單和客戶服務(wù)，同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)新客戶的開(kāi)發(fā)，新項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)；4.負(fù)責(zé)建設(shè)、管理和維護(hù)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商網(wǎng)絡(luò)和終端網(wǎng)絡(luò)；5.負(fù)責(zé)與工廠聯(lián)絡(luò)，支持銷(xiāo)售行為；6.總結(jié)客戶需求，協(xié)助市場(chǎng)部做市場(chǎng)調(diào)研工作，收集市場(chǎng)信息，如市場(chǎng)容量，產(chǎn)品，價(jià)格等；7.參加國(guó)內(nèi)外專業(yè)醫(yī)療展會(huì)；8.處理區(qū)域經(jīng)理交辦的其他事項(xiàng)。Responsibilities:1.To prepare sales plan, marketing strategy, sales forecast and achieve targets as defined in the plan;2.To establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing clients, to manage sales growth and profitability, and to follow up customers orders & enquiries, service;3.To develop new markets and new customers base, and to develop new business prospects to expand client base and increase distribution penetration4.To liaise with internal parties and factories to support sales execution, product & production development5.To support sales and market analysis on regular basis6.To participate in local and overseas Trade Show任職資格1.本科以上學(xué)歷，外貿(mào)/經(jīng)濟(jì)/醫(yī)學(xué)類(lèi)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；2.1年以上外貿(mào)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備醫(yī)療行業(yè)外貿(mào)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；3.精通英語(yǔ)，聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流暢，會(huì)法語(yǔ)、德語(yǔ)、俄語(yǔ)、西班牙語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先；4.責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，效率高，具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和工作統(tǒng)籌能力，抗壓性好；5.適應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外出差Job Requirements:1.Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related discipline；2.At least 1 years working experience in Sales & Marketing Management.
