    Main Duties工作職責(zé)：1. Developemt of new clients,products promotion, excute and reach regional quarterly/yearly sale objectives;開發(fā)代理商, 產(chǎn)品推廣,執(zhí)行并達(dá)成區(qū)域內(nèi)的季度/年度銷售目標(biāo)；2. Providing product training and solutions to doctors, patients and dealers向醫(yī)生，病人，代理商提供培訓(xùn)、產(chǎn)品問題解答等；3. Handing with affairs concerning sales orders ,complaints etc.代理商事務(wù)中間溝通協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù),如訂單,投訴等4. Keep contact with dealers regularly,investigate sales and marketing infos ,such as order executing, competitors info etc. 定期聯(lián)絡(luò)負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)代理商，了解代理商的銷售情況，策略落實(shí)情況，代理新舉動(dòng),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息等；5. Support and attending meetings and other promotion activities協(xié)助和參加各種會(huì)議等營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)；6. Monthly report(including,but not limitted to: order execution/orders forecast/stock of distributors/market development/market study) 月度報(bào)告(包括但不限于:訂單執(zhí)行/訂單forecast/市場(chǎng)開發(fā)/分銷商庫(kù)存/市場(chǎng)調(diào)查進(jìn)展)；Important duties其他重要的職能：1. Providing options and recommendations of marketing 提供市場(chǎng)推廣方案和建議；2. Regional product tracking after delivering做好區(qū)域內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品跟蹤服務(wù);3. Identify potential risk, and escalate to MD if problem can't be solvedRequirements職位要求：1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical/medical /business，etc.;2. At least 5 years working experience in Chinese Medical products market (CPAP devices are preferred);3. Excellent communication skills at least in Chinese;4. market economy driven and thinking;5. Frequency travel is accepted;6. Fluent skills in Ms.Office , data analysis and reporting7. Good team management skills
