    主要職責(zé) Responsibility:1.協(xié)助支持銷(xiāo)售和市場(chǎng)部門(mén)工作Support to sales & marketing team's work2.接收和收集客戶(hù)需求并反饋給相關(guān)部門(mén)，跟進(jìn)結(jié)果Receive and collect customer’s consulting and request, while feedback to relevant departments and follow up till to final resolution supplied3.收集產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，并將信息準(zhǔn)確的反饋給公司相關(guān)部門(mén)Collect the problem and abnormal information related to product quality, and deliver the accurate information to relevant departments4.負(fù)責(zé)收集、報(bào)告并跟進(jìn)銷(xiāo)售合同In charge of collecting, reporting and monitoring the status of sales contract executing5.任職要求Requirements:1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，良好的英文口語(yǔ)以及書(shū)寫(xiě)能力Bachelor degree or above, good English spoken and written ability2.較高的專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)和較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力Professional, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
